Quite a few of us headed down to Dimock, PA to see first-hand the impacts of hydrofracking.  While we didn't actually see a well that was being hydraulic fractured, we saw just about every stage pre and post.   We were lucky enough to find a supervisor of an active drilling site to talk to us.  The big rig you see in the photos is drilling horizontally 3000-3500 feet.  It is just completing its fifth well on a six well pad.  For captions to the photos, visit the Flickr site.
